Does my client need to create an account? ▾
No — that's the whole point. The approval link is passwordless. Your client clicks the link, views the email, and taps Approve or Request Changes. Nothing to sign up for, no app to download.
Which ESPs does SendCleared work with? ▾
Any ESP that has a "send test email" feature — which is all of them. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and more. You add your SendCleared address to the test recipients list once. It works on every campaign from then on.
What's a client inbox address? ▾
Each of your clients gets a unique email address — something like brightspark@yourname.sendcleared.com. When you add that address to your ESP test list and hit "send test", SendCleared intercepts the email, runs the QA checks, and makes it available in your dashboard. One address per client, set up once, works forever.
How is SendCleared different from Litmus or Email on Acid? ▾
Litmus and Email on Acid (now moving to Mailgun Inspect) are platforms built around rendering previews across 100+ email clients. They're powerful, but packaged and priced for larger in-house teams, so check each vendor for current pricing. SendCleared is built for freelancers and small agencies who need a quick, affordable pre-send check and a professional client approval workflow, not a full-time testing platform. SendCleared doesn't currently render inbox previews, so some teams use both.
Is my email content stored? ▾
Yes — SendCleared stores the email content and QA report so you have a full history per client and campaign. Approval records are stored for your audit trail. You can delete campaign data at any time from your dashboard. We never sell your content or use it to train AI models. It's only processed by the services needed to run SendCleared, which are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Can I white-label the approval page? ▾
Yes, on the Agency plan and above. You can add your own agency logo to the approval page header so clients see your branding, not SendCleared's. The "Powered by SendCleared" footer is removable on Agency and Studio plans.
Do you offer a free trial? ▾
Yes. The Free tier lets you run 3 approval links per month with no credit card required, and you can use it as long as you like. Paid plans (Freelancer, Agency, Studio) all include a 14-day free trial.
