What's a client inbox address? ▾
Each of your clients gets a unique email address — something like moneyspider@yourname.sendcleared.com. When you add that address to your ESP test list and hit "send test", SendCleared intercepts the email, runs the QA checks, and makes it available in your dashboard. One address per client, set up once, works forever.

Yes — SendCleared stores the email content and QA report so you have a full history per client and campaign. Approval records are stored for your audit trail. You can delete campaign data at any time from your dashboard. We never share your content with third parties.
Can I white-label the approval page? ▾
Yes, on the Agency plan. You can add your own agency logo to the approval page header so clients see your branding, not SendCleared's. The footer "Powered by SendCleared" line is also removable on Solo and above.
